• Taoyuan Metro (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) prepared this letter ofconsent in accordance with Regulations of Personal Information Protection from the Company.
• This letter of consent includes any identity identification information with directrelationship with businesses at each unit in the Company and satisfied with definition of personal information in the Paragraph 1, Article 2 of Personal Information Protection Act.
• The Company is willing to comply with regulations of Personal InformationProtection Act and Regulations of Personal Information Protection from the Company not to disclose, reproduce, transfer, reuse or deliver the above information or use it outside the scope of this activity.
• The confidentiality period of related personal information shall not be subject tocompletion of work as well as different work location and time. The Company is willing to take responsibility for violation of regulations mentioned above.
