Adding Value

  • Each empty card costs NT$100.
  • Card Vending and Add Value Machine: You can add NT$100 each time, or any multiples of NT$100.
  • Station Information Counter: Any value can be added to the card; value added is not limited to NT$ 100 or any units of NT$100.

Refunds

To claim a refund for a name-registered card or for a refund value of or exceeding NTD 3,000, please contact EasyCard. For related information, please visit the EasyCard official website.

Card return processing fee

NT$ 20 will be charged. If the card has been used for three months or more and five times at least, the fee can be waived.

Attention

  • Aside from refunding the stored-value cards, the card company will not return the value stored in the card.
  • Once the card company’s value-stored cards are returned, they will be locked and cannot be used again. If people need to use the card again, they need to buy a new card.
  • Disability companion cards have to be used immediately after the use of a disability friendly card at the same gate for entering or exiting the station in order to be charged the half-priced preferential fare. If disability companion cards are used alone, the user will be charged the full fare.

Passenger is requested to either use the provided self-addressed stamped envelope to send back the card to iPASS Corporation or to proceed to iPASS Corporation office to have the refund processed.
